Call before you dig
When performing any digging in the Town of Kapuskasing it is important that all utilities are located.
In order to streamline this process, the province has set up the Ontario One Call system.

If you have questions about your water bill or need to request a water shut off, contact the water billing clerk at (705) 335-4458.
Sign up for Paperless Water Bills or Direct Debit Payments
1. Complete the E-Billing Application Form
2. Bring the form to the Reception at the Civic Centre (88 Riverside Drive) with a direct debit form or a void cheque.
