Le Centre régional de Loisirs culturels inc. is a not-for-profit organization who contributes largely to the evolution of the regional francophone community.

Situated in the heart of Northern Ontario, between Hearst & Cochrane, le centre régional de Loisirs culturels inc. de Kapuskasing is a unique cultural and recreational service centre.  Le Centre serves a francophone population of more than 11,000 (Opasatika to Smooth Rock Falls).  It employs 10 full time employees and consists of more than 400 volunteers and 550 members.
