The Town of Kapuskasing is rich in arts and culture and provides several opportunities for residents to paticipate in cultural activities and artistic programs.  Recognizing the numerous benefits of a vibrant community, the Town is dedicated to preserving, investing and expanding its cultural heritage.

The Town of Kapuskasing hosts several commuity events per year.  Some of these events include:

On July 25th, 2007, The Town of Kapuskasing was commemorated with the "Garden City - Traditional Provincial Plaque" by the "Ontario Heritage Trust" and the Ministry of Culture.
