Supporting local people and businesses who want to spread health and well-being will benefit all of us and make our community stronger.
Kapuskasing is one of 45 communities across Ontario taking part in the Healthy Kids Community Challenge. This initiative supports the well-being of our children and will help shape Kapuskasing into a community where it's easy for children to lead healthier lives.

Our community has a lot to offer and we want to make it easy for you to take advantage of public facilities with your family, friends, neighbours and co-workers. Start teaching healthy cooking classes and we'll help you find a kitchen. Organize a bike race and we can help with the traffic control or provide necessary equipment. We have access to a wealth of public services and information and want to help you make use of it. These resources and facilities are called public property for a reason: they are there for you.
