Community Strategic Plan

In late 2014, the Town of Kapuskasing engaged Clearlogic Consulting Professionals to facilitate a community planning exercise, and to prepare a strategic plan for 2016-2020.

The Kapuskasing Strategic Planning Committee included residents, community organization representatives, municipal staff, and Council members. The KSC's volunteers worked together for over 18 months and steered the planning process for two plans: the Town of Kapuskasing's Municipal Strategic Plan and the Community Strategic Plan.
