Public Service Request (PSR)

See something that needs attention? The Town of Kapuskasing’s Public Service Request (PSR) System provides a quick and convenient way to report non-urgent municipal concerns.

The system allows you to identify the location of the issue, include photos or supporting information and receive updates as your request is reviewed.

Common requests may include potholes and road concerns, streetlights, snow removal, trees and fallen branches, garbage and recycling, water and sewer issues, parks and trails, municipal facilities, signage and municipal property concerns.

By-Law Enforcement Online Reporting

To report a potential by-law infraction, please use the Town’s By-Law Enforcement Online Reporting Form rather than the Public Service Request system.

This includes matters such as:

Property standards concerns
Animal control
Parking violations
Other by-law-related matters
