Waste Collection

The Town of Kapuskasing provides regular residential waste collection to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Collection days vary by neighbourhood. Please refer to the map below to find your designated waste collection day.

Collection Schedule

• Residential waste is collected once per week, according to your area.

• Waste collection occurs on statutory holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

• Residents are asked to place waste at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on their scheduled collection day.

Helpful Reminder

Proper waste sorting helps reduce landfill use and supports Kapuskasing’s environmental goals. Residents are encouraged to make use of recycling and composting services whenever possible.

Was your waste bin not collected? Make sure to leave 3 feet between your recycling carts when positioning at roadside.
